EUROBAT has the pleasure to invite you to its webinarSustainable Batteries: a New Regulatory Framework and Market Outlook”, on 11 March, 10-11.30h CET.

Batteries are essential for the European Union to achieve its decarbonisation goals. Driven by the new strategic growth outlined in the Green Deal and Green Recovery Act, demand for batteries will grow rapidly in the coming years, making this market an increasingly strategic one at global level.

In December 2020, the European Commission published its proposal for a new “Batteries Regulation”. It aims to provide a coherent legislative framework for batteries, taking into account the impressive evolution of the market as well as new technologies and applications.

Come and join us for speeches from one of the leading battery consultancies “Avicenne Energy” and the Portuguese Permanent Representation, which will be followed by a lively Q&A discussion on the Green Recovery and role of batteries.
